Delivery is underway, milestones are tightening, and the leadership team is carrying a lot of pressure. Meetings feel busy but unproductive, and some issues aren’t being addressed openly. Communication with the client is strained and trust is wavering.
We work with the leadership team through a mix of coaching and structured sessions to help them slow things down just enough to think clearly. We create space for honest conversations, help them agree what really needs attention, and reset how they work together day to day. We use Core Strengths to provide insight into motivation and build relationships under pressure.
The Divisional Director wants the client to be on board too, so we make sure their expectations are confronted early on and their concerns addressed. We include the client in the later sessions so that everyone is speaking the same language.
Leaders leave with clearer priorities, more confidence in their decisions, and a team that’s pulling in the same direction. There is laughter in the room once again.
