Milestone combines programme discipline with behavioural insight. Founded by Mick Underhill, former Royal Engineer and senior planner, and Sally Calverley, an experienced behavioural coach with Board-level experience, Milestone works with leaders to deliver through people.
Milestone was founded to address a common gap in major programmes: strong technical plans that don’t hold when the people around them aren’t aligned or supported. Our team brings deep programme experience and behavioural understanding, allowing us to support delivery organisations in practical, credible and grounded ways that reflect how infrastructure projects really operate.
Much of our work takes place in sensitive or high-pressure environments. We’re used to operating with discretion, holding difficult conversations and supporting leaders at the right level when the stakes are high.
